Learn how to keep your immune system strong during the cold and flu season.

The Motivational Institute of Hypnotherapy (MIOH) invites you to join us in celebration.  This will be an inspiring evening complete with demonstrations, wine, appetizers, networking, raffle prizes and good company!

Our topic will be: Winter Wellness. We will present techniques to keep your immune system charged and ward off colds and flu's. You will learn how to tune into your body during the holiday season.
There will also be plenty of time to network with other health care professionals, holistic health care workers, and with others who are generally interested in the power of positive thinking and healing.         

A great way to market yourself is to donate a product or service to our raffle. When your prize has been won, you will get the chance to share about your business and services.
